Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then test by putting your hand in front of the motion sensor. Repeat until the water flows well, then empty and refill with soap. If your soap is too thick, try adding water to thin it out. Please note that Otto is not recommended for use with foaming, granular, or thick gel-based soap or sanitizer.
